Aaron Rego, Co-Owner & Managing Partner

No matter how far away from home I have traveled while exploring foreign places and cultures, there has only been one place where my heart has called home… and that is my Hawaiʻi. I was born and raised here and stem from immigrants of Hawaiʻi’s plantation era. From childhood, I was taught that it was my kuleana (purpose) to not only care for the land around me, but also the people who make up our unique culture. I have been privileged to have worked in the hospitality and destination management industries across the Hawaiian Islands.
As your destination expert with a wealth of knowledge, I can ensure that you and your guests will be embraced by our shared Hawaiian culture, create memories that will last a lifetime, and leave the place in which was visited better than how it was found.

Shea Festejo, Co-Owner & Managing Partner

I’m originally from the East Coast and made the leap from my fast-paced New Jersey lifestyle to embrace island living on Oʻahu with my husband and our four children. With over 12 years of experience in the events industry, I’ve had the opportunity to work across live sports production, weddings, and destination management. Along the way, I’ve developed a true passion for curated and custom event design—crafting meaningful, one-of-a-kind experiences that reflect each client’s unique vision.

I bring a deep love for detail, a commitment to perfection, and a tireless work ethic to every event. Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a large-scale celebration, I believe that no idea is too ambitious. If there’s a vision, I’ll find a way to make it happen. “Where there’s a will, there’s a way!” has always been my motto.
